Doris J. Stewart

Mrs. Doris J. Stewart, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. A graveside was held at 4:00pm Friday January 12, 2024 at Parkway Baptist Cemetery in Morton, MS.

Doris enjoyed baking for her family and friends, making candles, playing cards and doing puzzles.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William L. Stewart and Kittie Boswell; her husband, Martin E. Penn; her son, James Martin Stewart, and nine brothers and sisters.

She is survived by one daughter: Janell Beaver; two sisters: Jackie Merritt, and Pat Pope; one sister-in-law, Mary Stewart; three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
