Service: 11 am Thursday O&L ChapelBurial: Searcey CemeteryVisit: 5-9 pm Wednesday O&L ForestDouglas B PhippsPulaski, MSDouglas B Phipps, age 75, a resident of Pulaski, passed away at University of MSMedical Center on Monday, November 15, 2010 following a short illness.Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 18, 2010 at the Ott & LeeFuneral Home Chapel in Forest with burial following in the Searcey Cemetery.Visitation was held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. , Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home. Rev. Stanley Doggett officiated the services.Mr. Phipps was a lifelong resident of the Pulaski area.He was of Baptist Faith.Mr. Phipps was preceded in death by his parents, Henry C. and Laura J. Phipps.Survivors include a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.Ott & Lee Funeral Home of Forest was in charge of arrangements.
