Edna Phillips McDonald, 92, passed away Fri. Nov. 27, 2015 at the Brandon Court Nursing Home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held on Mon. Nov. 30, 2015 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 10am Tues. Dec. 1, 2015 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with a 1pm graveside service to follow at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Pinola, MS.
Mrs. McDonald was born in Simpson County, MS, and was a longtime resident of Georgetown, MS before moving to Brandon, MS in 1998. She was a talented quilt maker and enjoyed sewing. Mrs. McDonald was a very devoted mother, grandmother and family woman.
She is survived by her four children, Randy McDonald, Joy Miller (Tom), Frances Thompson and Betty Wilson (Jim); one sister, Polly Garrett; one brother, Justin Phillips (Mary Nell); 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
