Edward Joseph Mazur, 97, passed away at the VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Mr. Mazur was born in Plymouth, PA on January 10, 1918 to Joseph and Margaret Smith Mazur. He met the love of his life, Clemie Inez Hughes in Jackson, MS and married her in 1940. Shortly after marriage he was stationed in the Pacific, New Guinea and Australia during World War II with the Army.
He and Inez were avid outdoorsman and fisherman, and he was also a member of the VFW.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Ratajik and her husband Ray of Lakewood, CO. He is preceded in death by his wife, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
