Edward “Sonny” Beauregard Robinson, Jr., age 59, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. A visitation will be held for Edward "Sonny" Beauregard Robinson, Jr. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, Mississippi on Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 5-7 o'clock in the evening. On Monday, May 11 the funeral will be held, also, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home beginning at 2 o'clock in the afternoon with a visitation preceding at 1 o'clock. Pastor Jeff Redding will conduct the service.
Mr. Robinson was born in Meridian, Mississippi on July 15, 1955. After attending college, Mr. Robinson was a long time employee of Hudson Inc. He was an avid "Colonel Reb" fan. Also, he loved a good bargain!
He was the Beloved husband of Angela Hardy Robinson of 31 years: Beloved father of Carley Ann Robinson Childs (John David), Edward "Beau" Beauregard Robinson III, and Katherine Renay Robinson: Beloved brother of May Robinson Sartin (Rickey) and Ruth Robinson Gibson (Vick): Beloved brother-n-law of Ken Oliver: Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews & beloved grand-puppy Lexie. He was preceded in death by his parents: Dr. Edward Beauregard Robinson and Mary Francis Hargrove Robinson and sister, Luna Louise Robinson Oliver.
