Edwin E. "Cowboy" Ragan

Edwin Earl Ragan, better known to all as Cowboy, was a lifelong resident of Pelahatchie. He found the love of his life in a young lady from Neshoba county, Mary Savell and they were married in June of 1961. They went on to raise three boys on Ragan Road in Pelahatchie – Robert, Mark and Chad.

His is proceeded death by his wife Mary Ragan, son Robert Ragan, and great granddaughter, Chloe Haven, sisters Nell Phillips, Ruby Tyson, Louise Fulghum, Joann Leach, Sylvia Ragan, and Sue Thomas.
