Elizabeth Holmes

Elizabeth Ann Ward Holmes, 53, a resident of Madison, MS passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson, MS. Funeral services will be held 3 pm Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS with the interment following the services. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Tuesday and 1:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Holmes was born August 14, 1964 to Billy Sam Ward and Patricia Ann Vernell Ward in Clinton, MS. She was married to William E. Holmes, Jr. She was in retail sales working for McRae’s. She loved her family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Holmes was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Ann Vernell Ward.

Mrs. Holmes is survived by her husband of 30 years, William E. Holmes, Jr.; father, Billy Sam Ward; brother, Michael (Angela) Ward; father and mother in law; William E. and Marie Holmes, Sr.; brothers in law, Greg (Kim) Holmes and Alan (Jennifer) Holmes; niece, Madison Ward; nephews, Mason Ward, Kyle Holmes, Steven Holmes, Preston Holmes, Tyler Holmes and a host of friends.
