SERVICES: 5 PM FRIDAY AT OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN BRANDON VISITATION: 3 PM FRIDAY AT OTT AND LEE Elizabeth Ann “Beth” Patterson, age 41, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in her sleep. Visitation was Friday, October 3, 2014 from 3 pm until the 5 pm Chapel Service at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Dr. Scott Thomas will officiate. Beth was a member of First Baptist Church of Brandon and a member of Beta Sigma Phi. She loved her children, music, baking and teaching. She was loved by all who knew her. We know she is in Heaven rejoicing with her Dad. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger G. Scharmer on January 8, 2014. Survivors include her mother, Peggy Scharmer; her husband, Steve Patterson; her children, Emily, Lauren and Katherine all of Brandon, MS; her brother, Terry Scharmer (Angela) of Richmond, VA; her sister, Connie Williams (Donnie) of Brandon, MS; five nieces and two nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 407 Orchard Park, Building 1, Suite C, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
