Elizabeth Diane Phelps, 56, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at her home. Visitation starts 11:00am Friday, January 27, 2012 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon until the 2:00 service in the chapel. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
Survivors include her sisters, Judy Handley, Tammy Clanton and Kathy Smith; brother, James Williams; step daughter, Lila Shook; granddaughters, Monica Sharp and Trisha Wichlaz; sister-in-law, Hazel Phelps and an aunt, Patsy Rolfe.
