Ethel Marsha Herring, 68, passed away Thurs. March 3, 2011 at her home in Pelahatchie, MS. Memorial Services will be held Sun. March 6, 2011 at the Morton Jesus Name Church in Morton, MS. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled the arrangements.
Mrs. Herring was born in Jackson, MS and has lived in Pelahatchie, MS for the past 12 years. She attended Pelahatchie Baptist Church in Pelahatchie, MS and she also loved to bake and work with arts and crafts. Mrs. Herring is preceded in death by her husband, C. E. Speights; her significant other, Larry Breeland; her sister, Joyce Monk and two brothers, Robert and Howard Pugh.
She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn McWilliams and husband Robert of Jackson, MS; three sisters, Elizabeth Fortenberry and husband Pete of Raleigh, MS, Mildred Long Graves and husband Ben of Pearl, MS, and Dorothy Sims and husband Edward of McComb, MS; two grandchildren, Jason Bunch of Jackson, MS and Robbie Bunch and wife Nikki of Star, MS; two great-grandchildren, Lola and Coy Bunch of Star, MS; her niece, Marie Porter of Pelahatchie, MS and her great-niece, Lessie Craddock of Pelahatchie, MS
