Eugie Ross Williams, 84, a resident of Mendenhall, MS died Sunday, May 8, 2016 in Byram, MS. A graveside service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the County Line Baptist Church Cemetery in Mendenhall, MS. Rev. Mickey Ferguson will officiate the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.
Mr. Williams is a native of County Line Community near Puckett, MS. He was born on June 14, 1931 to the late James Madison Williams and Molly Marie Chapman Williams. He worked as a Physical Therapy Tech at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Williams was a member of the County Line Baptist Church in Mendenhall, MS. He loved his family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to his life. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, James Madison Williams and Molly Marie Chapman Williams; 2 sisters and 9 brothers.
Mr. Williams is survived by his sister, Gloria Marble; nephew, Ray Williams and many other nephews, nieces and a host of friends.
