Eunice Lavigne Seals, 88, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010 at Brandon Nursing and Rehab Center. Visitation will be on Wednesday at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon at 8:00 am until 10:00, with a service following at 10 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 3 pm Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Slidell, LA.
Mrs. Seals was a native and longtime resident of Slidell, LA and has been a resident of Rankin County since 1986. She formerly served as a Girl Scout leader. Mrs. Seals loved to work in her garden, and she was very devoted to her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Dennis Seals, in 1985 and her sister, Margaret Norris.
Mrs. Seals is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Elliott and husband, of Flowood; her son, John Dennis Seals, Jr. and wife Clora of Randolph, NJ; three grandchildren, Sharon Seals, John Elliott, Jr. and wife Shannon, Ryan Elliott and wife Courtney; and four great-grandchildren, Trey Elliott, Hayes Elliott, Sara Ryan Elliott and Charles Michael Elliott
