Faydra Fitzhugh Jackson, age 62, a resident of Crystal Springs passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Wilkerson County Senior Care in Centreville, MS. Visitation was held 11am-1pm on Monday, June 15, 2015 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Graveside services were held 1:30pm Monday at Eureka Baptist Cemetery in Rankin County. Bro. TW Saucier officiated the services. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.
Faydra was born in Hinds County on December 5, 1952. She loved to fish and just enjoyed life. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Fitzhugh and Ruby Pearl Holden Fitzhugh; 2 brothers, Kenneth and J.C. Fitzhugh.
She is survived by her husband, Milo Jackson of Crystal Springs; children, Donny Joe Curtis of Terry, Robbie Jones (Jenny) of Star and Johnny Jones of Brandon; 3 sisters, Ottie Earl Saucier of Vicksburg, Betty Nell James of Star and Connie Welford of Silas, AL; 2 brothers, Fred Fitzhugh of Star and Tom Fitzhugh of Delo; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a host of friends.
