Frances Jean Webb, 67, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 21, 2017. A memorial service will be held 1 pm Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held from 11:30am-1pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Ms. Webb was born January 29, 1950 to Charles Hill and Virginia Simmons Hill in Marks, MS. She worked many years at Kroger before retiring. She was known for her kind heart and unconditional love for animals, who she cared for from her home for many years. She loved her family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Ms. Webb was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Hill and her son, Jesse Marion Webb, III, who she eternally embraces in Heaven.
Ms. Webb is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Grace; siblings, Ricky, Maxine, Rob, Kathy, Trina, Amy and Smitty; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
