Francine “Frannie” Louise Gilmer, 47, passed away Fri. April 27, 2018 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Tues. May 1, 2018 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Flowood, MS with visitation being held from 9am-10:45am prior to the funeral services at the church. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ray Taylor, Matt Hipp, Travis Louviere, Gabe Parria, Jimmy Hipp, Billy Hipp, Ricky Louviere and Donald May. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS is handling the arrangements.
Frannie was born in New Iberia, LA and has been a resident of Brandon, MS for the past 40 years. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Flowood, MS. Frannie was currently employed with Homeland Title and she was known as being a jack of all trades. She loved her work family dearly. Frannie was an avid LSU fan and enjoyed working in her yard and playing with her animals, especially her dog, Hogan. Most of all, Frannie was a very loving mother and daughter who loved life and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
Survivors include her two daughters, Natalie Gilmer and Morgan Gilmer; parents, Rodney and Jane Hipp; brother, Matthew Coles Hipp (Deshay); god child, Gabe Curtis Parria; nieces and nephews, Hunter Hipp, Shelby Hipp, Andrew Hipp, Chelsea Evans, Caylee Hipp and Caden Hipp; special friends, Don May and his wife (Cindy, who is deceased), Robin Wall, James Wall, Kirby Henderson (David), Carleigh Henderson, Brileigh Henderson, Anna Henderson and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
