Funeral services for Mr. Frank William Colbert, III will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, December 29, 2017 from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Reggie Williams and Rev. Randall Creel officiating. Interment will follow in the Eastern Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the funeral home and on Friday from 9:30 am – 10:30 am prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Frank William Colbert, III was born October 19, 1964 at Forest to his parents, Frank W. Colbert, Jr., and Billie Joyce Boyles Colbert who precede him in death.

He was a local business owner at Western Auto, where he enjoyed working. Fishing was also a favorite hobby. Frank was one who was described as pleasant, supportive, generous, and one who will be remembered for his giving spirit and witty personality. He was a Methodist by faith and attended All Seasons Worship Center in Forest where he was involved in their prison ministry.

He is survived by his wife: Tammy Alford Colbert of Forest; his children: Billie Joyce Colbert of Madison; Allison Colbert Alford and her husband: Chris Alford of Forest; Katherine Hope Colbert of Oxford; Kirkland Daniel Colbert of Lake; and Kenneth S. Jones, II and his wife: Kaitlin of Alexandria, VA; his sisters: Cindy Colbert Mitchell and her husband: Jerry Mitchell of Raymond; Lisa Colbert Estes and her husband: Terry Estes of Jeanerette, LA; Jan Colbert Black of Madison; and a special brother-in-law: Terry Black of Madison; and his parents-in-law: James & Martha Alford of Ackerman.

Frank was a loving “Unc” to four nephews and three nieces; two great-nieces and seven great-nephews.

He is also survived by his three loving pets: Tuck, Ellie, and Annabelle.

Pallbearers will be Corey Hughes, Mark Gaddis, Johnny Cox, Andre Ware, Steven Alford, and Steve Wilbourne.
