Franklin “Pappy” Trent, 69, passed away Thurs. June 28, 2012 at his home in Pearl, MS. Visitation will be held Sun. July 1, 2012 from 2pm.-3pm. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 3pm. Sun. July 1, 2012 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS with Dr. Clarence Cooper officiating the services.
Frank was a retired welder and was a member of the local 602 since 1962.
He is survived by his children, Sharon Trent Dunaway and Annette Trent Swain; companion, Gidget Trent; sons-in-law, Donell Dunaway Jr. and Edwin Rusty Watson; granddaughter, Antoinette Maria Chicchirichi; wife, Ruth Trent; sisters, Stella Roberts, Nella Lutzholtz, Connie Wright, Brenda Bartelson and Hester Sims and his brothers, Taylor Trent, Coy Trent and George Trent.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Roxie Trent; sisters, Pat Stultz and May Trent and his brothers, Mac Trent, Tommy Trent and Raymond Trent.
Memorials may be made to the Brandon Baptist Church Building Fund 100 Brandon Baptist Dr. Brandon, MS 39042.
