Donna Gail Janotta, 60, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Funeral services are 1:30pm Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Rehobeth Baptist Church in Rankin County, MS. Visitation will start at 11:00am Saturday until 1:00pm Saturday prior to the service. Interment will follow in Rehobeth Baptist Church Cemetery.

Donna Gail Janotta passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 surrounded by family at The University Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Donna Gail was born January 1, 1956 in Jackson, MS to Richmond H. (Richie) Renfroe, Jr. and Anita Joanne Shedd Renfroe. She grew up in south Jackson as an avid softball player and later played basketball and softball for McCluer Adademy, from where she graduated in 1974.
Ms. Janotta’s life long passions were photography and Ole Miss football. She heard her first Rebels football game on the radio at age six and never missed a single Ole Miss football game either by radio broadcast or in the stands at Vaught-Hemmingway Stadium. As a photographer, Donna Gail would be allowed sideline passes from time to time to cover the Rebels from the sideline. To those that knew her, Donna Gail lived the slogan of “Anything, Everything……OLE MISS!!”
Ms. Janotta is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving sweetheart, Randy Hammons, sons, Jason Boone (Amanda), Johnny Janotta (Christy) and Justin Janotta (Jessica). Grandchildren, Justin Salters, Alyse Boone, Gabriel Boone, Leah Janotta, Riley Janotta, Dylan Lick and Emleigh Janotta.
Donna Gail had a huge heart for animals and also leaves behind her beloved Chihuahua, Paco and cat, “Smoke-Smoke”
Visitation for Donna Gail will be Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Rehobeth Baptist Church, 446 Rehobeth Road, Pelahatchie, MS 39145, with service immediately following. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
