BURIAL: 4 PM TUESDAY AT CAREY SPRINGS CEMETERY IN PONTOTOC
VISITATION: 10 AM TUESDAY AT OTT AND LEE IN BRANDON
George Andrew Miller, Sr., 71, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation is 10 am Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 11 am Tuesday at the funeral home with a 4 pm graveside at Carey Springs Cemetery in Pontotoc.
Mr. Miller was a resident of Rankin County for the past 8 years moving from Tunica where he had lived for many years. He had worked as a butcher at Owens Grocery in Tunica and was Baptist. Mr. Miller was a very humble man, always being very kind to even a stranger. He was a loving father, grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Andy Miller of Pearl; daughters, Pammy Liston (Ronnie) of Pearl, Lisa Robinson (Ronnie) of Pearl and Wanda Brock (Brian) of Pearl; sisters, Bernice Jones of Aberdeen and Heloise Perkins of Batesville; grandchildren, Mandy, Kody and Dylan Liston, Matthew Robinson, Sebastian and Becca Brock. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
