Mr. Glen D. Hall, age 54, a resident of Morton passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 a Scott Regional Hospital in Morton. Visitation was held 5-9pm Monday, April 29, 2013 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Funeral services were held 2pm Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the Ott & Lee Chapel in Morton with burial in Springfield Baptist Cemetery. Rev. Scott Mangum officiated the services. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.
Glen was born in Rolling Fork, MS on February 1, 1959. He loved being in the serenity of the outdoors hunting and fishing. Glen loved visiting the sick neighbors and helping others. He loved his sons and family very much and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
He is preceded in death by his niece, Machelle Hall Easterling and former father-in-law, R.A. Joyner.
He is survived by his sons, Joshua Hall (Mareeta Allen) of Jackson and Matthew Hall of Morton; parents, Belton J. Hall and Annie Bell Hall of Morton; sister, Judy Ainsworth of Morton; brothers, Belton Clifton Hall (Janie) of Morton, Tony Hall of Morton and Jeff Hall (Joan) of Lake; former wife, Juanese Buitrago of Morton; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers were Paul Brian Derouen, Kevin Brewer, David Ainsworth, Dusty Hall, Daniel Hall and Mike Webb.
