Gwendolyn Williams, 68, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012 at her residence. Services were 3 pm Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl. Rev. Ron Harrison officiated.
Mrs. Williams was a native of Jackson and a resident of Pearl for the past 15 years moving from Woodstock, GA. She enjoyed working with her flowers, her candles and her canine friend, “Butch” was the joy of her life. Mrs. Williams was Baptist.
Survivors include her sons, Tim Lowery (Melanie) and Steve Lowery of Pearl; granddaughter, McKenzie Lowery of Pearl; sisters, Christine Ward of Cordova, AL, Scharlotte Peterson and Linda Caswell of Atlanta; brother, Morgan Guy of Atlanta and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin N. Williams in 2006.
Pallbearers were James McLain, Randy Jones, Preston Gross, Randy Clark, Robert Ward and Todd Gross.
