Hazel Bradshaw

Hazel Ruth Bradshaw, age 79, a resident of Forest died Sunday December 17, 2017 following an extended illness.
Visitation will be held from 5pm to 8pm Tuesday December 19, 2017 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest. Graveside services will be conducted at 11am Wednesday December 20, 2017 from the Ephesus Cemetery in Forest with Bro. Randall Creel officiating.
Mrs. Bradshaw was born in Scott County on June 11, 1938 to her parents Cecil Emmanuel Lang and Annie Ruth Gardner Lang. She was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Elmer Bradshaw.
Survivors include her 2 children, Richard Bradshaw of Forest and Mark Bradshaw (Pam) of Lake. She also leaves behind 2 grandchildren, Laurin Wilkerson (Jason) of Lake, Matthew Bradshaw of Forest, 2 great- grandchildren Jasie Wilkerson and Macie Wilkerson.
