Heather Elizabeth Destiny King, 17, passed away Sat. Dec. 24, 2016 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Wed. Dec. 28, 2016 from 5pm-7pm and on Thurs. Dec. 29, 2016 from 12pm-1:45pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm on Thurs. Dec. 29, 2016 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Heather was born in Flowood, MS and was a lifelong resident of Brandon, MS. She was a member of Meadow Grove Baptist Church and attended Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. Heather was currently a Senior at Brandon High School in Brandon, MS. She enjoyed art, roller skating and was also a cheer leader with CMC in Madison, MS.
Heather is survived by her parents, Randy and Michelle King; brothers, T.J. Wright and Brandon King; maternal grandparents, James and Linda Wright; paternal grandmother, Linda King; uncle, Christopher Wright (Jessica); three cousins, Madison Wright, Eian Wright, Austyn Wright and her godfather, Dean Lee. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Paul King.
