Helen Marie Borges Farmer, 79, passed away November 5, 2012, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, with burial in Crestview Memorial Gardens on Star Road in Brandon. Visitation will be 5-9pm Friday evening and 1-2pm Saturday at the funeral home.
A native of Southern California and longtime resident of Brandon, MS, Helen Farmer was the School Coordinator for the State Board of Cosmetology for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene William Borges and Anna Elizabeth Whitley Borges and great grandchild, Izabella Marie Norton.
Survivors include her one sister; three children, Elizabeth H. Lott (Lisa) and husband, Thomas O. Lott, Steven Anthony Howell and his wife, Virginia, and Aniesha Dawn Smith Earles; grandchildren, Gene Justin Borges Earles, Lezleigh Sybill Lott Norton, and husband, John Eric Norton, Gabriel Lee Howell and Tiffany Howell.
Services: 2pm Saturday, November 10, 2012 in the chapel of the funeral home.
