Henry Allen McCormick, 86, passed away Thurs. March 10, 2016 at the Brandon Nursing and Rehab Center in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held on Fri. March 11, 2016 from 5pm-8pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS and on Sat. March 12, 2016 from 10am-10:45am at the Brandon Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 11am Sat. March 12, 2016 at the Brandon Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Brandon Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.
Mr. McCormick has been a resident of Brandon, MS for the past 24 years. He was a member of the Brandon Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and was a member of the Young at Heart. Mr. McCormick loved to tinker, build, and fix things.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette McCormick; daughter, Alana Phillips; former son in law, Charley Phillips; three grandchildren, Misti Benchabbat, Corey Stocker (Suzanne) and Elliott Phillips (Kristen) and five great grandchildren, Jackson Benchabbat, Sarah Benchabbat, Mia Stocker, Evan Stocker and Griffin Lee Phillips. Mr. McCormick is preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Lynn McCormick.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brandon Baptist Church Building Fund at 100 Brandon Baptist Dr. Brandon, MS 39042.
