Hilda Foster

Mrs. Hilda Marie Foster, age 82, and a current resident of Courtland, MS, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021 at her residence.

Funeral services will be conducted from Branch Baptist Church at 12:00 pm on Monday, March 1, 2021. Rev. Michael Giles will officiate.  Interment will follow in Branch Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Visitation will begin on Monday at 11:00 am at the church and continue until service time.

She was a native of Ruleville, MS and was a retired employee of Tyson Foods, Inc. Mrs. Foster was a member of Branch Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Leroy Foster; and her parents: Leon and Perila Mae Hatcher Williams.

Survivors include four children: Roy (Donna) Foster; Debra (Earl) Foxworth; Rhonda Tondreau and Laura (Ricky) Stubblefield; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren; one sister: Clara Williams; two brothers: Charles Williams and Nelson Williams; and a host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be Mason Stubblefield, A.J. Wooten, T.J. Wooten, Johnathan Boutwell, Marty Thaggard, and Roy Foster, Jr.
