Howard Philip Lee, Sr., 91, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at home.  Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, March 23, 2018, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS and starting at 12 Noon on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Flowood Baptist Church in Flowood, MS.  There will be a 2pm entombment service on Monday, March 26, 2018, at CedarVale Cemetery in Hot Springs Village, AR.

Mr. Lee was born in Millett, TX on August 17, 1926, to Moses Lewis Lee and Katie Ethel Guinn Lee.  He was ordained as a Deacon in 1950, he was a licensed Ham Operator, and he attended Electronic School in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Lee was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his daughter, Vicki Howes (Ted); son, Phil Lee (Kaye); sister, Miriam Scalia of Monroe, LA; brother, Benjamin Lee of Vancouver, WA; 3 grandchildren, Jason Howes, Corey Lee and Chad Lee; 4 great grandchildren, Cody Howes, Jace Lee, Jared Lee and Landon Lee.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, M.L. Lee, Jr. and Ronald Lee; sister, Marie Lee; his first wife and mother to his children, Nell Lee Lashbrook; and his second wife, Marie Haywood Lee.
