Keith Steverson, 44, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at University Hospital in Jackson. Visitation is 5-8 pm Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon and 9:30 am Wednesday at Oakdale Baptist Church. Services are 11 am Wednesday at the church with burial in Oakdale Cemetery.
Keith was a native and lifelong resident of Rankin County and a member of Oakdale Baptist Church. He worked as a Union Insulator, member of Local “#114 Heat and Frost Insulator’s and Allied Workers. Keith loved people,life and really enjoyed and loved music. It was quoted by his family, “Keith was a great uncle to all his nieces and nephews.”
Survivors include his brother, Ken Steverson of Brandon; sisters, Glenda Fiscus of Brandon and Rockey Farris of Brandon. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Shelby Steverson.
