James Earl Parkman, 58, a resident of Morton died Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at home. There will be no scheduled funeral services. He was a native of New Mexico but lived most of his life in Scott Co. He was the son of Floyd Junior and Christine Martin Parkman. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Mr. Parkman was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Junior and Christine Martin Parkman, brothers, William and John Paul Parkman, sisters, Frances Parkman Creel, Judy Parkman Busby and Johnnie Sue Parkman Shoemaker.
Mr. Parkman is survived by his children, Michael Parkman, Richard Parkman, Amy Griffin, Christine Parkman Hillhouse and Casssie Parkman Hillhouse; sister, Mary Jean Parkman Easterling; numerous grandchildren; many nieces nephews and a host of friends.
