VISITATION: 2 PM SATURDAY
James Vaughn Beck, 67, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, AL. Visitation is Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 2 pm until the 3 pm Service in the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS., with Rev. Brad Eubanks officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd., Jackson, MS.
James was born on Saturday, January 20, 1945 in Mississippi to the late Claud and Mamie Cline Beck. He was a Railroad Engineer.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Beck of Clanton, AL; daughter, Julie Beck Hatten of Hattiesburg, MS; son, Joseph Beck of Knoxville, TN; stepdaughter, Davidice McConnell of Clanton, AL; six grandchildren; three brothers, Terry Beck, Bill beck and Mike Beck all of Brandon, MS; three sisters, Dorothy Simmons Robbins of San Antonio, TX, Bobbie Lane of San Francisco, CA, and Patty Travis of Brandon, MS.
