Jeffery Derrell Payne, 62, a resident of Brandon, MS, passed away on Thurs. June 17, 2021 at Merit Health Central Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Mon. June 21, 2021 from 11am-12:45am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 1pm on Mon. June 21, 2021 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Hebron Cemetery in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Payne was born on Dec. 4, 1958 in Jackson, MS.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Payne; two daughters, Jessica Fulton and Melissa Tolleson (William); two step sons, Paul Rust (Nicole) and John Rust; mother, Loraine N. Payne; two brothers, Robert Payne (Carol) and Keith Payne (Joyce); 11 grandchildren and Chris Chapman. Mr. Payne is preceded in death by his father, Derrell Odell Payne.
