Jennifer Hatten

Jennifer Myrtle Hatten, 44, passed away Fri. Feb. 1, 2019 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sun. Feb. 10, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Brandon, MS (West Campus) located at 175 Boyce Thompson Dr. Brandon, MS 39042. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS is handling the arrangements.

Jennifer was born in Hattiesburg, MS and was a resident of Brandon, MS. She was a very active member of First Baptist Church in Brandon, MS where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school and was very involved with kids ministry such as Bible Drills and Kids Camp.

She is survived by her father, Earl Hatten (Pearline); beloved friend, Mike Chapman; step sister, Tina Dooley; 3 aunts, Evelyn Saulter, Jean Hyatt and Pearl Ladner; her uncle, M. L. Hatten and numerus nieces, nephews and cousins. Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Hatten.
