Jerry Hill

Jerry Hill, 77, passed away Fri. Sept. 13, 2013 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm. on Mon. Sept. 16, 2013 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.
Mr. Hill was born in Booneville, MS and has been a resident of Brandon, MS for the past 48 years where he was a member of the Meadow Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Hill graduated from Mississippi State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed Mississippi State Sports. Most of all Mr. Hill was a loving family man. He especially loved his grandchildren. They were the light of his life.
Mr. Hill is survived by his wife of 50 years, Yvonne Hill of Clinton; two sons, Randy Hill of Clinton and Mike Hill (Debbie) of Brandon; three grandchildren, Brianna and Garrett Hill both of Brandon and Joshua Hill of Clinton; one sister, Janice Browning of Byram and one brother, Ted Hill (Sharon) of Wheeler. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Ruby Hill and his three brothers, Ronnie, Larry and Richard Hill.
The family request that no flowers be sent and that any memorials be made to the Meadow Grove Baptist Church Building Fund at 3221 Louis Wilson Dr. Brandon, MS 39042.
