Jesse Kyzar Sr.

Jesse Earl Kyzar Sr, born in Morton, MS, passed away at the age of 83 of natural causes at his daughter's home in Des Allemands, LA on Friday, December 18, 2020.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a retired industrial electrician, and a loving father and grandfather. He was a born-again Christian by faith and often encouraged others to trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Known for his sense of humor, he often kept family gatherings lively with his jokes and funny stories. His favorite pass times were fishing and relaxing on his front porch.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Dora Kyzar and his parents, Tom and Cassie Kyzar of Morton, MS.
Survivors include two children and their spouses: Cassie Hebert and her husband Charles Hebert, Jesse Kyzar Jr and his wife Christie Kyzar;
four grandchildren: Amber Hebert, Sheldon Hebert, Anthony Chileno, Savannah Chileno;
and one great-grandchild: Riley Mangum .

Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Wednesday December 23, 2020 at Branch Baptist Church, with the service immediately following. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery.
