Joan Goodman

Joan Vaughn Goodman, 80, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018, at Brandon Court.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 10am Friday, January 19, 2018, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Flowood, MS with visitation starting at 9am.  Interment will follow in Lodebar Methodist Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS.

Mrs. Goodman was born in Jackson, MS on March 15, 1937, to the late Tom “Buck” Vaughn and Bobbi Ruth Fulmeyer Vaughn.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Goodman and her sister, Patricia Eugenia Lewis.

Survivors include her first cousin, Gloria Pace Fields and husband Wallace and their children; she is also survived by many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to St. Paul Catholic Church.
