Jon Johanson

Jon David Johanson, 80, died peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at his home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held on Mon. Jan. 22, 2018 from 5pm-6pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 10am on Tues. Jan. 23, 2018 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Brandon Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Johanson was born on September 29, 1937 in Borger, TX. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Siguard C. Johanson and Lorene Ashby Johanson; two sisters, Jeanean Thompson and Mary Early and a son, David Johanson.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Johanson; 7 children, Jon David Johanson Jr. (Christie), Renee Burnett (Denty), Dawn Steen (Tommy), Mike Johanson (Jonna), Steve Mark Johanson, Joseph Kent Johanson, and Sheryl Warford (Kerry); 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Carol Strole and Kay Herman.
