Judith Thompson

Judith Lynn  Smith Thompson, age 60 a resident of Morton died Thursday at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.  Visitation will be on Friday, March 30th at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS. Services will be Saturday, March 31st at 2:00PM from the Ott and Lee Chapel in Morton ,MS .  Interment will be in Groveton Presbyterian Cemetery.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral  Home in Morton.

Judith was preceded in death by her father Lavon Smith, Grandparents; Huston and Louis Smith, Jasper and Hazel Coghlan.

Judith is survived by her mother, Mary Frances Smith Morton MS; one brother, Tommy Smith (Tammy) TN; one Sister, Sandy Taylor (James) Morton ,MS; Two Nieces; One Nephew; Two Great Nephews and One Great Niece.

Ms. Judith has lived in the Branch Community all of her life.   Judith was a member of Groveton Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she served as an Elder and taught Sunday School.  She loved serving the Lord and helping others.
