Judy Dyann Dees, age 65, a resident of Natchez, formerly of Forest, died Friday, July 1, 2016, in Natchez following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10am Wednesday, July 6, 2016, from the chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest. Graveside services will follow at Harperville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5pm to 8pm Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Rev. Tim Lott will officiate.
Mrs. Dees was born in Adams County on May 23, 1951 to her parents; Ambrie Dees and Clara Herron Dees. She was member of the Morton United Pentecostal Church. Before retiring, she had worked for Forest Packing Company for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son: David Gunter and a sister: Frances Jones.
Survivors include one daughter; Patricia Devereaux Aselson of Salem, WI. One sister; Shirley Smith of Forest, MS three brothers; Jessie D. Dees of Gibbs, AZ,
Dalvis Dees of Natchez, MS and Douglas Dees of Mt. Rose, MI. She also leaves behind three grandchildren. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Pallbearers are Jack Smith, William Smith,Dani Carrasco,Will Johnson, Willie Tatum and Allan Rogers.
