Judy Romero, age 81 of Brandon, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
She was born March 3, 1941, to the late George and Emma Jean Smith Bucklin. Judy was Baptist and when she lived at Rolling Hills Apartments, she attended church services there. She loved sewing, crocheting, making quilts, reading, crossword puzzles, and her dogs.
Judy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Clifford and JoAnne Chalfant; sisters, Nancy Stanley and Tina Bucklin; other relatives and friends.
A graveside inurnment will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Lakeland Place Memorial Park, 6004 Hwy 25 (Lakeland Drive), Brandon, MS 39047.
