VISITATION: 5-8 PM THURSDAY AT OTT AND LEE IN BRANDON AND 10 AM FRIDAY AT CHURCH
Karl Beck Coghlan, 38, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at his home in Pelahatchie. Visitation is 5-8 pm Thursday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon and 10 am Friday at Pelahatchie Baptist Church. Services will follow at 11 am Friday at the church with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
Karl was a graduate of East Rankin Academy and Copiah-Lincoln Community College. He was employed by Dual Trucking where he was stationed in the oil field in North Dakota. Karl was a member of Pelahatchie Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Martha Coghlan of Pelahatchie; grandmother, Virginia Ross of Brandon; sister, Kathy Elgin (Steve) of Holly Springs; brothers, Ken Coghlan (Stephanie) of Oxford and Keith Coghlan (Vickie) of Pelahatchie; four nieces, two nephews and a host of friends and extended family members. Karl was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Coghlan.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to be made to the Pelahatchie Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 359, Pelahatchie, MS 39145.
