Katherine Roberts

Katherine Warren Roberts, 75, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Pine Forest Nursing Home in Jackson. Visitation is 12 noon Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 2 pm Saturday at the funeral home with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.  Rev. Eric McNair will officiate.

Mrs. Roberts was born in Canton and lived in Arkansas for a while before moving to the Jackson area in 1968. She was a member of McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl and a member of the Pearl Jaycettes when Pearl became a city. Mrs. Roberts enjoyed traveling and taking care of her yard. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her husband, Stewart S.(Butch) Roberts, Sr. of Pearl; daughter, Sheri Robinson of Pearl; sons, David L. Roberts (Lynn) of Pearl, Douglas Ford (Allie Ka-Le) of  Norfolk, Virginia and Stewart (Sid) Roberts, Jr. of Pearl; sister, Peggy Elaine Loggains of Harrisburg, Arkansas; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Brian Roberts.

Pallbearers are Keith Roberts, Shawn Roberts, Richard Roberts, Rose Roberts, Marty Watkins and Tate Couey.
