Kathleen Helton, 60, passed away Sat. Feb. 8, 2014 at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood, MS. Visitation will be held Thurs. Feb. 13, 2014 from 5pm-8pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 3pm Fri. Feb. 14, 2014 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial on Tues. Feb. 18, 2014 at Calvary Cemetery in Drums, PA.
Mrs. Helton was born in Hazelton, PA and has lived in the Jackson Metro Area for the past 37 years. She was a member of the Country Creek Church in Brandon, MS. Mrs. Helton enjoyed flowers, cooking, music, animals, camping and she never met a stranger, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Helton; two daughters, Jennifer Frasier and Tawni Humphrey-Osborne (Scott); sister, Linda Reich; brother, John Tokash and five grandchildren, Elizabeth Kathryn Haden, Teddy Osborne who is currently serving in the military overseas, Robert Thomas Sproles, Austin Osborne and Jessica Leigh Sproles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CARA at 960 N. Flag Chapel Rd. Jackson, MS 39209.
