Mrs. Kathy Marie Wade, 62, of Forest, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 7, 2013.
Visitation was held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest on Tuesday, July 9. Memorial services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, at Mrs. Kathy's home church, Forest United Methodist Church, and burial at Eastern Cemetery.
Mrs. Kathy was a beautiful lady inside and out who loved her family and friends dearly. She was the picture perfect example of a Proverbs 31 woman who feared the Lord and is worthy to be praised. Mrs. Kathy has now claimed the reward she has earned and will forever more praise and glorify her Savior and King in Heaven. She is a treasure that will be greatly missed by many friends and family members.
Mrs. Kathy is survived by her husband, Chuck Wade, her sons and their wives, Jason and Pam McKnight, Matt and Kristi Wade, Michael and Rachel Wade, and four grandchildren, Adyson, Ava, Jase, and Hayden. She is also survived by her mother, Ms. Verdie Simmons, of Forest.
