VISITATION: 9 AM SATURDAY AT OTT AND LEE IN RICHLAND
Kathy Langston Wansley, 64, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Feels Like Home assisted living facility in Cordova, TN. Visitation will be at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Richland, MS at 9:00 am Saturday, August 15, 2015, with graveside services following at 10:00 am at the Florence Cemetery.
Kathy graduated from Wingfield High School (1969) in Jackson and Mississippi State University (1973) with a degree in elementary education. She taught in LA, TX, MS and TN. She was a creative, gifted artist and enjoyed many types of music. She employed these gifts while instructing her students.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joanne Coward Langston. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (Jason) Eaheart of Cordova, TN; son, Stuart Wansley (Raychel) of Bartlett, TN; Father, Hollis H. Langston of Florence; sister, Marsha Lineberry (Larry) of Florence; brother, Hollis (Bubba) H. Langston, Jr. (Angie) of Florence, MS; aunt, Margie Langston of Silver Creek, MS; grandchildren, Erica Rushing, Blake Eaheart, Courteney Eaheart, Renae Wansley and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
