April 30, 2025 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel located at 1360 West Government St. Brandon, MS 39042.

Keith was born on March 29, 1965 in Jackson, MS.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kellie Tadlock; father, Baker Tadlock; son, Steven Tadlock; daughter, Summer Tadlock; brother, Barry Tadlock (Lauren) and his sister, Kim Boolos (Eddie). Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Gilbert Tadlock.
