Kenneth Lee Elliott, age 72 of Brandon passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at St. Dominic Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be 2:00pm Saturday, October 23, 2021, from the chapel of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with visitation starting at 12:00pm. Dr. John K. Dawson officiating.
He was born in Winfield, AL on March 5, 1949, to the late Clayton Elliott and Pauline Ellis Hicks Elliott.
Kenneth was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed traveling, sports, playing golf, going to Scottish Highland games, family get togethers and attending Brandon Presbyterian Church. He was always willing to help repair anything that anyone had a need of. Later in years he became known as Paw Paw and he cherished that name. His grand daughter Kylie and her friends adored him. He would be at every event that Kylie participated in and he loved watching her and her friends accomplishments.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Margaret Grace Elliott; son, Kenneth "Mark" (Gayla) Elliott; granddaughter, Kylie Grace Elliott; sisters, Paula Elliott, Kathy Elliott (Guy) Cashman, and Sandy (Mark) Otto; nephews, Robert McLaughlan and David (Michelle) Estes; nieces, Eleanor (Robert) Gorman and Amber (Kyle) DeVries; great-niece, Kate; great-nephews, Elliott, Nolan, Clay, and Matthew; and many other family members from Scotland. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Patricia Estes and brother, Wayne Elliott.
