Kevin George Greco died on January 17, 2023. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.
Kevin was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on May 17, 1958, the son of the late Elizabeth Hall.
He was the oldest of five children. His style of big brother was a wily blend of cool leader and goofball. As a child, he took pleasure in teasing and amusing his siblings.
At mealtimes he was known for saving his chocolate pudding until everyone else was finished, and then nibbling it slowly with delight, for them to watch in annoyance. At 15 his family moved to Jackson, Mississippi, where he settled for many years. Kevin built a life in Jackson.
He was an avid collector and niche music fan — often overlapping the two passions. He collected kitsch decor and was an enthusiastic thrift store and flea market shopper. He saw the charm in many things that others looked right past. His sense of humor reflected that quality too.
He loved the Turner classic movie channel, and was a slight expert on the popular culture of the 1940s-1960s.
He is survived by his sisters Mary and Colleen, brothers Mark and David, brother-in-law Derrick, niece Amanda, nephews Anthony and Nicholas, and dear friends David and Terry.
