LANNIE “BO” STEVENSON
PELAHATCHIE
Mr. Lannie “Bo” Stevenson, age 33, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at his residence. Visitation was held 4-8pm Monday, January 10, 2011 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Funeral Services were held 11am Tuesday, January 11, 2011 from the Concord Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Claude Shufelt officiated the services. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.
Lannie was born in Jackson, MS. He loved to play chess and was also a carpenter. He loved his son, Dylan, very much and loved his 3 nephews and sister. Lannie was a very kind hearted person and loved the Lord. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
He is preceded in death by grandfather, Walter Leo Stevenson and grandmother, Opal Nell Easterling.
He is survived by his son, that he loved very much, Jacob Dylan Steven of Pelahatchie; parents, Lamar “Kosmo” Stevenson and Deborah Ann Stevenson of Pelahatchie; sister, Lisa Stevenson of Florence; brother-in-law, John Bass of Florence; grandmother, Ruby Stevenson of Byram, Grandfather, Ray Easterling of Pelahatchie; 3 nephews, Austin, Levi and Nick Stevenson and a host of friends.
Pallbearers were John Bass, Ronnie Moore, Billy Jack, Earl Stevenson, Willis Thompson, William Valentine and David Usry.
