Funeral services for Mr. Larry Stewart Sanford will be conducted Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 3:00 pm from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tommy Anderson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Conehatta Methodist Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 pm - 2:45 pm prior to the funeral service.
Larry Stewart Sanford was born at Newton on June 10, 1965 and passed away at his son’s home on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the age of 51.
He was a retired truck driver and a member of Conehatta Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and a gun collector.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert Gary “Bo” Sanford, and Barbara Ann Stewart Anderson.
Survivors include his son: Stewart (Shelly) Sanford of Preston; two brothers: Gary (Delaine) Sanford of Decatur and Chad Sanford of Union; two grandchildren; one niece and one nephew; and his step-father: Kent Anderson of Preston.
Pallbearers will be Marty Copeland, Joey Copeland, Ethan Copeland, Bo Sanford, Gary Sanford, and Chad Sanford.
