Mr. Larry N. Jones, age 64 passed away Monday September 26, 2016 at his residence in Morton, MS. There will be a Memorial Service held by his family at the Calvary Assembly of God Church located on Morris Tullos Rd., on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 5:00pm.
Mr. Larry was born to his parents, Myrl A. and Sadie Barrentine Jones in Murfreesboro, TN on June 10, 1952. Larry was a member of the Assembly of God Church, in Morton. He loved golf and fishing, cutting grass and working at Fisherman's Corner. He loved his family and especially his bride. He loved his pets and dogs and animals. The family mentioned that he just loved life.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents Myrl A and Sadie Barrentine Jones; his sisters, Dorothy Lavern Smartt, Mary Anne Niemann; his brothers, William H. Jones and Eddie L. Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Jones; his daughters, Sarah Jones of California, Jessica Jones of California, and Janell Bonds (Dewayne) of Hillsboro, MS; his sons, Robert D King Jr. of Hillsboro, MS and Jack Renfro of Knoxville, TN; his brothers, Kenneth Monroe Jones of Morton, MS, Myrl A Jones, Jr. of Yazoo City, MS and Jerry Wayne Jones of Anchorage, AK. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee in Morton, MS.
